Panade's recipe for savory puffs is a unique twist on the French bakery staple, Pâte Choux. This light, crisp pastry derives its name from it's cabbage (choux) shape. Our savory puffs are the perfect snack for the non-sweet-tooth. They come in plain, cheese (gougeres), ham and cheese, herb, and rosemary. We mix fresh ingredients into the dough and bake them on the premises throughout the day.

Having a cocktail party? Our savory puffs make perfect hor d'oeuvres for your event. We also make bite-sized versions of our savory puffs and smaller sized puff sandwiches.
