"Panade" refers to a butter, water and flour mixture that forms the base of choux pastry.  At Panade, we use our handmade choux to make sweet cream puffs as well as savory and sandwich puffs.  All of our pastries are produced in small batches right at our location on the Lower East Side.

Right now, the site is still under construction, so make sure you visit often to check out what's new.  Meanwhile, please visit us at 129 Eldridge Street (between Delancey and Broome Streets) in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.  Our store hours are Tuesday through Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays 9am to 7pm.  We are closed on Mondays.  We can be reached at 212.219.3297 or at our e-mail address panadebakery@aol.com
