Random Image Cream Puffs

Panade's puffs are a modern interpretation of the 18th-century French classic, Pâte Choux.  The name is derived from it's cabbage (choux) shape. The base of Pâte Choux is formed from a mixture of water, butter and flour called panade. The baked pastry is light and fluffy and used commonly for dessert pastries such as eclairs and profiteroles.

Our cream puffs are made to order. We bake them fresh on the premises and fill them with your choice of our homemade pastry cream and available with fresh fruit. Our selection of pastry creams and fruit change regularly.  Ask about our seasonal specials.

Looking for something different for a birthday party or office event? Order Panade's mini cream puffs (bite-sized versions of our traditional cream puffs) or a Paris Brest (9" ring-shaped pastry filled with your choice of pastry cream).
