
"Panade" refers to a butter, water and flour mixture that forms the base of choux pastry. At Panade, we use our handmade choux to make sweet cream puffs as well as savory and sandwich puffs. All of our pastries are produced in small batches right at our location on the Lower East Side.
Panade celebrated our 2nd year anniversary in April this year! Thanks to all of our loyal customers for the continued support. We couldn't have done it without you all.
